From the first contact they were friendly and helpful, providing excellent clarity on the job required and what they were doing at each step of the way, with detailed photographs provided of each part of the job. Organising the work through them was a breeze, and they were brilliant with my neighbours as well. Had a new flat roof fitted by One Call and honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. They came out quickly to give us a quote, explained everything properly, and there was no pressure at all. The lads were polite, hardworking, and got the job done quicker than expected. The roof looks spot on and everything was left clean once they finished. Had issue with leaks to main roof and bay window roof of Victorian house. Contacted various roofers, however, One Call Roofing Solutions were the only company who actually accessed the roof to ascertain the problem prior to pricing. Alex and Nathan were very informative and diagnosed the problem - roof window had no side flashings and bay roof zinc tray had broken down. Received the quote and managed to book an early slot with One Call Roofing Solutions. Very pleased to find out that Alex and Nathan would be carrying out the works. Bay roof was stripped and rebuilt in GRP which looks great - beautiful leadwork Alex and brilliant Bath Stone repairs Nathan! Roof window to main roof removed, new membrane and battens installed, new tiles to replace window. Both roofs now watertight once again, with works carried out over 2 days in bad weather.
