I have been trying in vain to get hold of this company to come and look at the roofing that they did a year ago as it has started to leak badly in the same spot. No one is getting back to me.

Hello Rob The downpipe on my newly installed gutters came down. The water floods over my back door. Ir also drains down the wall into my kitchen vent and now the plaster on the inside is saturated You have failed to reply to my text messages, phone call and WhatsApp for the last 2 weeks. Please can you arrange a time ASAP to come and fix this. Otherwise I will have to get another company in to do it

I have waited to post this to allow Rob to respond, however having waited 4 months.... Had a leak around the chimney stack, looked like it had been for a while as timbers were wet. Rob was working on a house of a neighbour so thought I would get them to do the job. The price was in line with other quotes which was around £9k to replace timbers and replace flashing. They turned up and got on with the job which was great. They had to redo the flashing as it was incorrectly laid and still leaked which was corrected so all good in that respect. However the overall job doesn't look tidy inside or out in my view with some tiles not lying flat, old timbers left in loft and the old lining in the roof looks like it has been hacked off rather than cut. Within days, a tile on the join (I'm in a semi detached) slipped, granted it is just on my neighbours side but it is on the party line between houses and obviously due to the work carried out. No response from Rob regarding fixing this which has now been 4 months with no reply. Make of this as you....hopefully they will fix the slipped tile before my neighbours lose patience...
