Westcoast Chimney Services

West Coast Chimney Services is a chimney sweep business covering Glasgow and the West of Scotland. It sweeps all traditional and modern installations. For smaller diameter flues, solid fuel stoves and other lined chimneys, it uses a flexible coiled fibreglass rod specifically designed for cleaning narrower flues and liners. The company uses the twin motor HEPA FLO industrial power vacuum method of sweeping. It provides chimney sweeping services.

Throughout Drumchapel and the wider Glasgow area, Mark has built a reputation for chimney sweeping, checking and smoke testing that customers describe in consistently warm terms. A theme that recurs across the feedback is his responsiveness: messages left by phone or email are answered within minutes, and appointments are arranged promptly, often for the following day or the same week.

Punctuality comes up repeatedly, with several reviewers noting that he arrives exactly when promised and talks them through the process beforehand. The standard of the finished work attracts frequent praise, particularly the thorough sweeping of chimneys that had gone untouched for years, alongside the checking and smoke testing of wood burning stoves and open fireplaces.

Tidiness is another point that comes up often, with customers remarking that floors and fireplaces are left spotless and that the only evidence of a visit is the sound of the vacuum. Reviewers also value his knowledge of fireplaces and the practical advice he offers on other chimneys in the home, as well as his polite and respectful manner. Clients who have returned to him year after year for annual servicing describe the same reliable, friendly service, with both chimneys and stoves handled in a single visit.
