Setting up a stove at home is the project that runs through accounts of this Glasgow business, with customers describing advice that is matched to what they actually need rather than what might be easiest to sell. Several reviewers name David and Kevin, crediting both with patient guidance on choosing a suitable stove and on the parts required to complete the job. The sequence from purchase through to installation is described as going ahead without hitches, and once in place the stoves are reported to be working well and making homes feel warmer.

Something that features in review after review is the fairness of prices, with one buyer noting that unnecessary parts were talked down rather than added on. Reviewers also mention the friendliness of the team and the ease felt by those new to stove fitting, including one woman who described the environment as comfortable for a novice. Staff are said to have gone out of their way to source flue components for a greenhouse stove, and to keep a useful range of items in stock. Repeat custom and long-standing goodwill feature in several accounts, alongside the supply and fitting of stoves and flues for homes and outbuildings.
