Care was taken to cover all floors and minimise mess. Very happy with the price and the end result. Ben and his tradesmen are very tidy and particular.
Fantastic service from this company. We needed our chimney cleaned and smoke tested in advance of replacing a living flame fire with a real fireplace. Very prompt response and appointment. Leon who attended was very knowledgeable and did a great job, cleaning, inspecting and testing our tenement flat chimney. He confirmed everything was in working order including that there was multi-fuel lining in place already which we were delighted to hear! Also provided a Certificate to confirm the chimney is safe for use. Very thorough, clean job - no mean feat on a cream carpet - and a good price. We will definitely have them back when we start using our new fire. Highly recommend TBurns&Son for anyone looking for chimney care.
Ben and his team did a brilliant job of installing our fireplace. They were very professional and efficent in undertaking all the work. Ben was very easy to communicate with and gave us loads of tips about how to look after the fireplace and where to buy logs. I would highly recommend T Burns and Son.

T Burns & Son supplied and fitted a log burner in our living room. Beforehand, Ben provided advice to help us choose the right stove. Come installation, everything was well protected and they left it in great shape. Everyone in the team was really friendly and respectful of our home. We’d thoroughly recommend them - cheers Ben!
I have no hesitation in recommending this firm Their customer service is excellent! Text to say what day they are coming and on the day a text to give time of arrival. A young man called Leon turned up and cleaned two chimneys. He was courteous, clean, polite and very professional I have cream carpets and not a mark !! Will always use them in the future.
Great experience from initial meeting with Ben to final install. Nothing was a problem, even when they had to climb into eves remove old badly installed flu and re-cement a new one in. Wanted it done in time for Xmas and they stuck to their promise and Ben also came back to increase flu length in the new year. Excellent from start to finish so would definitely recommend.
