Disappointed we weren't told after spending well over £20,000 on a new roof and replacement guttering, that there was missing guttering to the rear of our property, which has resulted in floods of water pouring into our chimney. Effectively nearly half of the rear of the property has no gutters, and even though we're under guarantee, we have been quoted another more than £2000 to put the problem right, (other companies not anywhere near so much) when it could so easily have been drawn to our attention and rectified whilst we had scaffolding up and men crawling over our roof for weeks and weeks. We have also discovered that cover flashings around the chimney as recommended by one of the partners in the business to his apprentices weren't done here. I am now having to pursue this as being in breach of reasonable care and skill as outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I would be very careful in future and get other quotes, as this was not a joined up piece of work (the roof and gutters were done separately) and we have paid a very heavy price for being loyal customers. Prompt and professional service from time of requesting a quote for a new garage roof to completion. Trevor the surveyor visited, quote within 24 hours. Initially time frame was three weeks to start but in fact job was completed much earlier. Wind damage to tiles with difficult roof access requiring scaffolding. Communication was effective, a prompt survey with drone followed by scaffolding & work completed within 3 weeks. I’m sure there are valid operational reasons, but the scaffolding has been a bit inconvenient given the time it’s been up & the actual work was about half a day. That said, I would both recommend and use this company again.

Completely professional and top quality workmanship from start to finish. I had two sub-standard roofers before using Watertight Roofing and there was no comparison. Watertight Roofing were careful, kept me informed when they discovered issues and repaired damaged timbers that they found. Everything was done to the industry standards and I felt that they took real pride in their work. They were also really nice people to have around.
