Stay Dry Roofing (SW) Ltd undertakes roofing projects in Plymouth, and the accounts left by customers divide sharply. Work that went well is described approvingly: dormers were removed and tiling renewed smartly and within the agreed schedule, and the calibre of the finished roof, along with the tradespeople responsible, draws consistent praise. One customer reports that a minor fault discovered long after the original contract was resolved the same day and covered by a guarantee they had forgotten existed.

Punctuality and pricing recur as strengths, with jobs finished to the timetable and at the sum quoted. Communication is the theme that dominates the critical side: reviews time and again describe uncertainty about when work would begin, long waits, and having to ring the office to obtain any update at all. Other accounts refer to moss and lichen spreading over a replacement roof within a few years and to a complaint the customer says went unacknowledged, while one describes balcony work that later needed redoing. The business also appears under a scaffolding service listing.
