Awful communication and service. Were told back in January the work would start in around 4-6 weeks (we are now in June). Scaffolding went up shortly after this. However due to the weather this was delayed, which is absolutely fine but there was NO COMMUNICATION to say there would be a delay or to apologise for the inconvenience. We only ever got an update when we phoned. Each time we phoned we were told the work would start in a weeks time and did not. Eventually the work started and the quality is good and that lads completing the work were lovely. Stay dry GUARANTEED our scaffolding would be down within 7 days of payment over the telephone. We are now on day 8 of them receiving payment and the scaffolding remains and they have stated they cannot give a date. This has been the case on 2 properties, however the other properties scaffolding was taken down the day after receiving payment.

Efficient service

Aftet a previous good review ive had to update it. The new roof they fitted has moss/lichen growing all over it after less than 6 years. Left untreated it could cause severe damage. No other roofs are suffering this in my area even though they are decades old suggesting to me that they installed poor quality tiles that will now cost a packet to fix. The company refuse to acknowledge my complaint and tell me its not covered under their guarantee. I suggest you might wish to think about this before engaging their services

The standard of work and the individuals carrying out the work are of a very high standard. The communication skills need improvement.
