Sweep Norfolk

Great service, good communication, Ben was polite, speedy & cleared our chimney with minimal mess, we would definitely recommend his services as most professional.

Really nice guy; quietly competently got on with our two woodburners. Will be using again for sure. Thanks

Great service from Ben, fast, efficient and tidy. Reasonably priced too.

Ben was an amazing expert on my Woodburner. Having had a previous ‘recommended’ chimney sweep do a very quick job and leaving my sofas full of soot; Ben took time to tackle my difficult chimney and mend and repair what was needed. He came recommended to me by someone in the industry and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone with a wood burner.

Arrived on time to service and sweep a wood burning stove. Very polite and explained what he was going to do. Plenty of dust sheets and respectful of property. Certificate issued promptly for the service and very reasonable price.

From the moment I contacted Ben to enquire about chimney sweep services he has been informative, prompt and a pleasure to deal with. The overall services (sweep, fire rope and brick replacement) were carried out to a real high standard, respectful of the house and clean and tidy. I will definitely be using these services again next year.

Ben did a great job.. certificate issued and Ben himself is helpful, polite and he left the fireplace cleaner than he found it!
