Norwich Fireplace & Woodburners

Extensive showroom. Prompt service today.

Excellent experience with replacing our fireplace. Non pushy sales, they leave you to look around and no pressure. Kept informed from order to installation. Installers were highly professional. They were friendly but did a great job. Totally stress free for us. You pay for what you get.

Looking to replace electric fire & new fireplace. Tom was really helpful and knowledgeable offering advice and answering our questions. Great selection of all kinds of fires - real and otherwise. Good to be able to see the flame effects. Thoroughly recommend.

Would strongly recommend. Very helpful when first choosing our fire in the shop, then prompt survey and measurements of where fire to be installed. Ben and colleague came to install and change our chimney cowl, as ours was not suitable for the fire. Ben then installed our fire and was very professional, informative and courteous. Explained clearly what to look for when fire used initially so that we were not worried about any smells (normal ones) etc. Excellent throughout the experience, fire works and looks great. Would definitely use again.

A big thank you to Tom and his team at Norwich Fireplace & Woodburners. You have done such a great job by replacing our old fireplace of 33 years. Thank you to Tom for your patience and expertise. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Ben & Steve came to do the installation and did terrific work. Now we have a beautiful new fireplace, all working to perfection. Highly recommended. Wonderful people, super helpful and real experts.

If they couldn't manage to keep an appointment, though they had a three hour slot (10 -1PM), however could I trust them if they undertook the work of installing a gas fire??? The business seems to be run for convenience of the business, not the customer!! Will be trying elsewhere.

Good sales staff very knowledgeable and helpful Some issues arose but where dealt with and fire 🔥 looks great
