Sutton Chimney Sweeping Company

Punctuality and a spotless finish are the themes that come through most clearly in feedback on this Sutton Coldfield chimney sweeping service. A handful of customers describe bookings being arranged quickly and engineers arriving exactly when promised, with the working area left as clean as it was found afterwards. Tidiness is a point that comes up often, one account noting that no trace of the visit remained once the job was finished. Reviews time and again mention the friendly and professional manner of the sweeps, with Graham, his apprentice and Wayne singled out by name for their courteous approach.

The team is also praised for handling unexpected problems well, including the prompt removal of a bird trapped in a flue during a period when other firms were shut. Value for money is highlighted, and the result itself is described in practical terms, with a log fire said to be drawing properly again after the chimney was swept. Customers also comment on how helpful and efficient the service felt throughout, with the same people saying they would use the company again for future sweeping work.
