Really thorough, punctual and detailed report provided. Showed camera view of chimney from top to base to assess condition. Found big build up of debris either side of stove flue and came back to sort free of charge and fitted some firebricks I ordered at same time. James was very clean and did a great job and clearly knows his stuff. Best chimney sweep I’ve ever used by far.
