I had a leak in my roof and my chimney needed pointing, so called Michael who came out the following day to assess and give me a quote. Once I had accepted, he and his team started within 2 days. Michael kept me up to date on the progress and sent photos to show what was being done. I found his advice invaluable and would happily recommend him and his crew. Excellent work all round and customer service skills that many others should copy! Thank you Michael.
