Property owners and letting agents in Leicester who required roof replacements, garage roof repairs and outhouse work describe a consistently smooth experience with this team. A recurring theme across the feedback is the professionalism of Charlie and Ricky, who are named repeatedly alongside their helpers, with customers noting that the pair work quickly and check in whenever additional items are required. Several reviews highlight the standard of the finished roof, mentioning new slate, Velux windows and the quality of the materials used.

Reliability comes up often, with punctuality, hard work and jobs finished sooner than anticipated noted by more than one customer. Communication is praised as clear and consistent from the initial quote through to the end of the work, and the pricing quoted is described as agreeable, with one letting agency mentioning that dependable maintenance teams matter greatly to its operation. Tidiness is another point raised, as the team provided scaffolding and cleared away all debris. Reviewers also value the courteous manner of the crew on site, with the leaking garage roof replaced within a single day and an outhouse roof sorted without fuss.
