Jacob was out within the day to review the roof issue and arranged to have a team on site within 4 days. Good quality work and a great price. What more can you ask for! I would definitely recommend.
We highly recommend Quest Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing company which is prompt, well-organised, communicates extremely well (within the team and with customers), always turns up when they say they will, listens to their customers and delivers a high quality roofing work, leaves the place very tidy. I wish we had found them years ago when we started having a leak problem in our Edwardian bay window. The material and fittings used respect the traditional look of the bay window. it doesn't look out of place. As the lead used is the same as the one on Notre Dame, it truly looks like the roof has been there for over 100 years. A big thank you for all the team members. You all deserve more than 5 stars :)
Thank you Jacob and your team, you have offered reassurance, great care and attention to my Mum from the first time you visited her to finishing the job. Your communications have been prompt, clear and honest. The lead work and repairs I hear have been done efficiently, your team instilled confidence, showing a high standard of work, , they were polite clean and tidy and easy to have working on her property. Thank you.
Excellent service. Tried 2 other companies who failed to even respond… Quest responded to my question within 2 hours with a quote for the works… they came the same day and completed the work, very polite gent who showed me what he had done. Highly recommend.
The guys fitted us in quickly. When it became clear this was a bigger job than anticipated, they were fair and super easy to deal with. Highly recommended.
We had tried, unsuccessfully, to find a roofing company to mend a leak in our roof and then we found this company. Jacob came to look and quote on a Saturday and it was fixed in a week. The guys who mended it were professional, helpful and cheerful. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
Great people to deal with. Pleasant, professional and a rapid response to aan emergency leak. Would highly recommend Quest for any roofing needs
