Elland Road Roofing

Elland Road Roofing was established in 1983 and covers a 20-mile radius from Bramley, Leeds. The company has over 20 years of dedicated service in Leeds. It installs slate, tile, and stone roof types, and provides roofing repair services for residential and commercial properties. During chimney repointing, it replaces deteriorating stock clay bricks.

It installs rubber flat roofing (EPDM), fibreglass flat roofing, and dry ridge systems. The company takes on jobs of all sizes. Its main services include roof installation, repairs, chimney building and repair, fascias, soffits and cladding, flat roofing, guttering, leadwork, refelting, roof cleaning, roof conversion, slate and tiled roof, thatched roof, Velux and skylight windows, ventilation, and zinc and metal roofing.

Elland Road Roofing handles roofing projects around Leeds, and the standard of the finished work is a point that comes up often. Steven is named regularly, with customers describing him as polite, professional and quick to arrive, and one account recalls him completing a job without charge after passing by. Reviewers repeatedly note the absence of pushy sales tactics, alongside honesty, dependable scheduling and quotes they consider fair. Communication is raised again and again: progress is explained clearly, replacements are shown rather than simply fitted, and updates continue once the job is finished.

Tidiness features strongly too, with debris cleared daily and properties handed back clean. The services covered include leak repairs, broken tile replacement, bay window roofing and complete roof and guttering renewal, using materials customers describe as strong and finishes they call durable. The team itself is portrayed as friendly and industrious, working safely and finishing within the agreed timeframe. Such aftercare and the calm handling of each stage help explain why so many reviews focus on the finished roof rather than the process.
