Aside from a few communication issues, we are really pleased with the work completed. It was done efficiently and to a high standard.
We have been the neighbour of a property on Park Avenue, Harrogate, that needed a brand new roof. The work took a little while due to horrid weather conditions, but the young men that did the job were superb and exceptionally polite. Roofing causes a bit of mess that cannot be avoided. But this Company cleaned up everything without any complaint or trouble. They swept and jet washed our patio and ginnel and were an absolute credit to their employer. Really polite, hard working and professional. Whilst it wasn’t our roof they did I could see the quality of their work and more importantly their attitude. No blaring music. No crashing or banging that could be avoided. Sometimes you have to give a shout out to skilled tradesmen when you see them. 100% recommend.
I am very happy with the work Anti-Acqua has done on my roof to repair a longstanding leak and sort out other problems and previous inadequate fixes. Gerard did recommend doing a belt and braces job and explained the activities, problems and corrective work needed. Lewis & his colleague were very professional, pleasant, approachable and have done a good job, as well as Hannah doing the administration. Lots of photos to show the work done although no heavy rain as yet to test!
AntiAqua completed a full roof replacement on our 100 year old semi detached house. The guys including James, Reece, Mason & Ben have done a brilliant job and the transformation looks fabulous. They were a great bunch of guys who made the whole process as pain free as possible. Many thanks to all the team at AntiAqua!
Great service - has internal water ingress and Gerrard spotted the problem - roofing flag pointed needed redoing and a collar raked out and new one applied - all done, neat and timely. No more water!
From calling out Gerrard to give us an initial quote on our unloved roof, right through to the work being completed between Gerrard and Hannah and their team of guys carrying out the work we have been really impressed with everyone concerned and how they fulfilled the job. Our roofing needs were not exactly straight forward even from the get-go and with each developing issue they went out of their way to to get our work done and also accommodate the developing events. We have contacted them throughout the process and Hannah handled each call with professionalism and care. Gerrard came out to a problem caused by the scaffold set up and solved it immediately for us and we’ve been really very thankful for the entire teams willingness to help us. Thank you Antiaqua for our new roof. We’re incredibly grateful for getting us over the line in time for the next stage of our renovation to begin.
