He was personal, professional and put my mind at rest. Thanks JK" Polite and decent guys doing a thorough job without much fuss despite very hot weather. They identified where a previous job had been done poorly, and also checked the gutters whilst up there. This led to an extension of the scaffolding which was executed without any problems.
Contacted YR to get some chimney caps fitted. Harri gave me a quote and got the job done within days. Excellent service, very professional. Showed me photos of the work once finished. Very pleased. Will definitely recommend to anyone and will most definitely use them again. Thank you Harri and team
Extremely easy, professional and comprehensive service from this team. We had a full roof replacement including dormer, chimney removal and bay window roof replacement wherein the materials and workmanship were top quality with consistent and simple communications throughout the process which matters a lot to a landlord managing the logistics remotely. Tracey who was our key contact was extremely thorough, accommodating and answered every question with clarity and transparency. Not necessarily cheap but you really do get what you pay for. Highly recommend if you want peace of mind.
Harry did a great job with our roof. He was super responsive and great with communications. When we had an issue 8 months later even though it wasn’t caused by them he came and fixed it for free.
Very pleased with the way that Yorkshire Roofing dealt with our very tricky roof problem. Repaired leak promptly, then worked with us to solve roof damage to tiles underneath solar panels. Communicated the problem well to us by use of pictures taken by drone. Good customer service.
Yorkshire Roofing first came on to our radar when we were obtaining three quotes to completely replace the roof, soffits, fascias, guttering and downpipes of a house we were purchasing. Their Property Inspection Report, linked to a quote, stood out from the competition in it's detail and clarity, whilst their quote was very much comparable too. After we had completed on the house, and dodging some really foul weather, Harry and his team swarmed onto the site and, in a very timely fashion, finished the job to our complete satisfaction; and, by the way, on time and exactly on budget. We therefore have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Harry and Yorkshire Roofing and would most certainly employ them again in the future. In short, they were terrific (and a really nice bunch of lads too!).
