I had a leak in my bay window from old felt, and Martin and his colleague from Windsor Roofing came out to fix it. They replaced the felt with no issues and completed the job quickly. Martin came round to look at my job after another company had botched it and failed to come back and fix. He gave me an honest opinion of what was needed and a quote along side timelines. I had Martin from Windsor Roofing Solutions inspect and carry out remedial works on my roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain clearly what he found during the inspection. Access was a bit complicated due to neighbouring scaffolding, but Martin handled this calmly and professionally without any fuss. What really stood out was his honesty. After closer inspection on the day, he revised the scope of works and reduced the price accordingly, rather than sticking to the higher original quote. Many contractors wouldn’t do that. The work was carried out neatly, photos were provided, and communication throughout was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely keep him in mind for future work.
Martin is great, he came over and had a look at my flat roof and was able to diagnose the issue that I had quickly and then booked me in promptly to get my flat roof re-felted. Roof looks great now, I had a leak prior and he has done a great job so I am happy. Nice guy and very professional - I would highly recommend him.
