After being let down by several roofing companies who never turned up when they said they would, I contacted The Family Roofing Company to replace the facias, soffits and gutters on my porch roof plus sort out the flashing on my chimney which had come loose Lee came and had a look and sent me a quote which I was pleased with so asked him to go ahead and carry out the work We received some cake as a welcome to the family which I thought was really nice! On the agreed start date Simon and jordan turned up and began work After a day and a half the job was complete and I thought that Simon and jordan had done a fantastic job that I was well pleased with! I would recommend The Family Roofing Company to anyone who needs work doing!! I'll definitely use them again!!!

My experience with the Family Roofing Company was excellent from initial phone call to completed repair. We had a problem with a remote-controlled Velux window. They arrived at the arranged time, explained the problem in a clear and friendly manner and then fixed it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring work in the Sheffield area

I needed a small hole in my roof sealing up and came across The Family Roofing Company. I have to say the service was excellent start to finish. From the first phone call, to the site visit, to the efficient repair itself. Price was better than I hoped, and then this morning I get thank you cake in the post! You don’t find many trades that take the time and effort to really deliver good customer service, but these guys definitely do. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
