The Chimney Sweep Co (Hull)

The Chimney Sweep Co (Hull) draws consistent praise for the work Ben carries out across Hull and the surrounding area, with customers returning to him for chimney sweeping, log burner servicing and open fire maintenance. Several reviewers describe his punctuality, noting that he arrives when promised and completes each job quickly without rushing the details. A point made in several accounts is the standard of cleaning: hearths, surrounds and the wider work area are repeatedly described as left tidier than before he started, with no mess remaining once he has finished.

Customers also value his expertise and advice, mentioning guidance on using stoves efficiently, maintaining log burners and keeping chimneys in good condition, along with clear explanations of a chimney's state and any follow-up care required. Communication is another recurring theme, with appointments arranged around customers' convenience and certificates supplied promptly as promised. Reviewers frequently describe Ben as friendly, professional and accommodating, and many say they have already booked him for annual servicing or intend to call on him again. Much of the feedback centres on the condition of log burners and open fires once the sweeping and servicing are complete.
