Had a lovely wood burning stove fitted today so I'm ready to cosy down in the winter. I can't recommend this company highly enough if I could add any more stars I would. The communication from the beginning to end was first class. The team were excellent they arrived at the time they covered everything in my living room to protect it. My living room is furnished completely in white. They were absolutely outstanding explained to me what they would be doing every step of the way. They were polite and it was a pleasure to have them complete work in my home. At the end when all the work was completed and my beautiful wood burner was all set to go they then explained in detail of how it worked the after care, how to keep it looking like new and look after it so I can enjoy it for many years to come. Told me they were a phone call away if I needed any help in the future with any thing. There was virtually no mess and the were respectful to the surrounding and left the room immaculate before they left. I think the price was really good and I didn't expect to get what I did for the price, I don't think they will be beaten on price point. Thank you first class service at great price .

Absolutely delighted with the service from Simply Stoves from start to finish. Matthew gave us really helpful advice when we were choosing the stove and once we had decided, it only took 3 weeks from making the decision to having our new HETA Ambition 4 fully installed. On the day of install, Matthew and his team were professional and efficient throughout and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Highly recommend.

A brilliant team – helpful, patient, and professional from start to finish. The whole process was seamless, from the first visit through to the amazing aftercare. The stove and workmanship are top quality and have turned our home into a real sanctuary. It looks beautiful and has noticeably reduced our heating bills too. Couldn’t be happier.

Mark and his team have been nothing but top tier since day 1 . Our install hasn’t been the easiest due to issues with a moving into a new house and the unknown, Mark has kept us 100% informed at every step, gave us professional advice and no hard sell. The team spent a freezing cold Saturday installing the stove and we couldn’t be happier.

Highly recommended Simply Stoves Hull. They fitted an inset log burner with slate surround and harth. Matt, Mark and the team worked continuously and cleared up after themselves. Great service from the very competitive initial quote, to the finished job. We are more than pleased with our log burner, their work and friendly banter. Can't rate them highly enough.
