Gutter clearing recurs as the main task described by customers, together with fascia wiping, downpipe work and minor repairs, and Andy is the member of staff named most often. Reviewers repeatedly highlight his courteous and professional approach, noting that he tends to arrive on schedule or a little early and gets straight down to the work. Tidiness comes up across the feedback, with the area left clean and all debris removed. The finished appearance is a common thread, as guttering and fascias are said to look renewed once the job is done.

Charges are described as competitive, reasonable and fair, while communication before and after the visit is praised. One account singles out the decision to clean by hand rather than rely on high-pressure equipment on extending poles, and records that a roof inspection, requested at the time, identified loose mortar needing attention. A badly fitted elbow pipe is another problem said to have been put right without delay. Customers in Birmingham mention rebooking for driveway and patio cleaning.
