The company is also Cyber Essentials certified and a trade member of the Siphonic Roof Drainage Association and the National Association of Drainage Contractors. It has been a member of Checkatrade since January 2011 and is fully insured. The company uses a combination of gutter vacuums and ladders to empty gutters and downpipes. It specialises in residential and commercial gutter cleaning, gutter repairs, and gutter lining. It serves Birmingham and all West Midlands areas.

Householders and property owners in the Solihull area have turned to Blue Sky Guttering West Midlands for gutter emptying, repairs and cleaning, and the accounts left behind suggest a pattern of dependable workmanship. Customers in several reviews describe operatives arriving when promised and getting straight on with the task, with one noting that the agreed work was finished and the bill matched the quote given beforehand. Reviews time and again mention clear communication, from the booking process through to emails setting out detailed specifications, and the politeness of the staff who attended.

Tidiness and care around the property come up, including the removal of ivy from a house side before gutters were repaired and cleaned, after which a leak stopped. A recurring theme is how problems were handled after the initial visit: when a section came loose months later, the team returned promptly and put it right. Customers also highlight the advice given on site, with one operative explaining what had been done, and the pride taken in the company's work. Repairs to leaking gutters feature in numerous accounts, as does the guarantee offered on completed jobs.
