We arranged a morning visit on a day that suited them as I was going to be at work from 1 pm. When asked on the day what time he would arrive, he stated 1-2 pm. We asked if he could turn up earlier as arranged, we got no response, so an hour later and still no response we cancelled him and got an immediate response acknowledging the cancelation. Not very professional to agree a time to do a job and then not be there at the time agreed and not very courteous to ignore correspondence. Very disappointed with this company!
Just had my wood burner swept by Tommy. Very efficient, spotlessly clean - wouldn't even know he's been! He's quick to respond to enquiries and attended within two days of me contacting him. Certificate issued on the spot. Will be booking him annually!

Had my log burner chimney sweep. Stove was covered as was the room. Very professional. Clean, efficient. Smoke tested. Certificate. Cardiff. Highly recommend!
Chimney was swept (hand drill and brush) so ticks the box, however they don't contain the soot by enclsoing the wood burner opening or using a vacuum , so soot everywhere. No hoover up afterwards and on top of this fire was not put back together properly. So inferior compared to others I have used that take a little longer to do the job in a clean manner. In response, this is not a fake review, just a dissatisfied customer. It was definitely your company Thomas. 02.12.2020. I have your certificate. See photo attached. I am Llandaff based, not Bristol. Maybe your methods have changed now or mine was rushed, but this was my experience and this is my review. Saying that the review 2 below mine shows exaclty what I had (no sealing of opening and no extraction) so you cannot really say that you don't undertake it like this? The reason for review now is I am looking for the flue to be swept again and had to look up who I used previously, to avoid this happening again.
