CJ Chimney Sweeps & Stove Installations

Chris Cassidy of CJ chimney sweeps provides an excellent service. He is very efficient and did a very professional job. I cannot recommend Chris highly enough and am pleased to have found such a reliable sweep-- I'll be using Chris in an annual basis from now on--thanks very much Chris!

Thank you so much Chris for the excellent service you provided. My wood burner and flue are now in tip top condition and with absolutely no mess or dirt anywhere in my living room. I will highly recommend you to others. See you next year. Avril 😊

Chris did a fantastic job of sweeping the chimney on our log burner. There was no mess at all left when he's finished. Chris gave me an update on the state of the burner and chimney and advised what may need replacing in future. I'll definitely be using Chris again. Top fella.

Chris is a nice bloke and very professional. Fitted me in at short notice for an overdue log burner chimney sweep. Had the courtesy to text me in morning to say he was running a few minutes late (quite literally just a few minutes). Did a great job. No mess. Would highly recommend.

Chris is professional, friendly and very tidy. It was lovely to use our fire again and we have booked him to return in 12 months. I would highly recommend him.

Just before last Christmas Chris inspected, refurbed and installed a log burner I had owned for about 30 years but had in storage for 23 of them. He also installed a steel flue lining and repaired the chimney. The standard of work was to meticulously high standards and both my partner and I were thrilled with the results. We enjoy cozy evenings in front of the fire - it adds welcome heat to the whole of the ground floor on the coldest days of winter and looks inviting and comforting. Everybody who sees it compliments it! Chris turned up when he said he would, worked without fuss and mess, and charged a very reasonable fee. Chris has just yesterday performed a sweep, no issues there (and very reasonable rate). I would not hesitate to recommend C J Chimneys he did a cracking job for us. Thanks Chris

Met Chris for the first time today. He turned up early and was very pleasant and professional. Our little woodburning stove was a first for him, we liked the fact he took time to find out about the make and model before coming to visit. Left everything clean and tidy. Would thoroughly recommend him.See you bext year Chris.
