Rivington Pike Chimney Sweep - Edward Robinson, Member Of NACS Fully Insured

Bolton households that have called on Edward Robinson describe a chimney sweep who combines thorough work with a genuinely pleasant manner. The praise that recurs most often concerns the condition in which he leaves a property: several customers note that hearths, rooms and surrounding areas are left spotless, with no mess or fuss, even when the job involves something awkward such as a large bird's nest or accumulations of debris and soot.

Reviewers often mention his professional bearing and the depth of his knowledge, particularly the advice he offers on future maintenance and on measures such as fitting a chimney cowl. Punctuality and reliability come up too, with appointments kept and tasks completed efficiently, sometimes a tricky job finished inside a couple of hours.

One thing mentioned again and again is the fairness of the price, which more than one customer found lower than anticipated for the standard of work delivered. His friendliness and willingness to go beyond what was asked are noted, and his tidy methods have been compared favourably with other sweeps. Repeat business and word-of-mouth recommendations feature across the accounts, with some returning year after year, and one customer planning to call on him again after a second successful visit.
