Mr Soot Chimney Sweep

Quick and easy booking & great communication before the visit. Brought own protection for the carpet. Very knowledgeable about the stove & gave tips for how to efficiently use. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Brilliant service again by Mr Soot, ive had different company's over the past 12 years or so, the last 3 or 4 years with Mr Soot have definitely been the best, they explain everything in detail and ask all the right questions about what im doing right or wrong and what im burning, the tips they have given me on how to burn my fire to the best and to get the most out of it, I appreciate the time they given me over the years, if you want them to be in and out they will but if you ask them any questions they will spend that extra time with you, fantastic service just for £125 and told me if you get chimney sweeped earlier in the summer then you get £20 off, you can pay with cash or card, the guy left me with nothing to clean up after him, it was spotless,. Cheers again for the fantastic service Mr Soot

Thé sweep came in the time slot as arranged and did a very clean and efficient job. We are delighted at the level of service provided.

Shaun came out to do our chimney sweep and was lovely. He explained everything really clearly, and being able to track his arrival online was a great touch. Really good service and I’d definitely recommend the company.

Arrived on time. Nice clean job, very efficient and professional. Gave tips on how to clean up the stone fire surround. The usual high level of service you receive every visit. Thank you.

What a great experience. I was kept up to date with all information regarding the sweeping of my chimney by Michelle. Paul arrived on time and was such a love bloke. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Absolutely no mess at all which I was surprised about having used another company in the past. I’ve recommended Mr Soot to all my family and I’ll certainly be recommending you to all my friends. See you next year!

Excellent service from Shaun who is as always conscientious, careful, polite, friendly & super tidy! (thank you Shaun) Mr Soot office is very responsive and handy reminders are sent with ETAs which I am always grateful for (thank you Michelle). We recommend Mr Soot to all. 🏆🏅🥇 We are also glad to see price rises have been dialed back slightly to what we had anticipated this year (only £5 more than usual). Although I fully appreciate there are overheads to consider - especially as this is a proper run business - we would be priced out by larger rises and would have to consider our options. So thank you for keeping those costs reasonable Mr Soot.
