I asked for all of our ridge tiles to be refixed and the quote wasn't cheap but reasonable. The job was done quickly by the team but the mortar used was a very light colour compared to the roof so stood out badly. Then after just 13 months the mortar started falling away down the roof leaving the old dark mortar exposed. So it seems that the ridge tiles were not refixed as requested, just repointed. I've been trying to get them to come out again for the past 11 months but I just get a 'next week mate' and they never show up.

Very pleased with the roof and the work completed. Came when promised and did a first class job. We would definitely recommend this company and will use again if required. Thanks again, Neil & Pam
