Richy, named by customers, is portrayed as a capable and polite tradesman, and reviewers repeatedly note that they have trusted him across numerous properties over two decades. Punctuality and dependability recur: work is said to be finished when promised, quotations arrive swiftly, and emergency call-outs are attended promptly. Competitive pricing and fair quotes agreed beforehand come up often, with one customer reporting that a leaking gutter was fixed without additional charge during a chimney visit.

The finish attracts consistent approval, whether for a new roof, slate repairs, ridge tiles or a leaking garage roof, while communication is handled efficiently and sometimes entirely by telephone so that no time off work was necessary. Tidiness and a friendly, industrious approach are also highlighted, along with a readiness to return the next day for small repairs. Chimney repointing and the clearing of seedling growth are among the tasks described, with the same care applied to minor maintenance as to larger projects.
