Roof cleaning, moss removal, gutter clearing and tile repairs are the services customers most often describe, with several reviewers noting how thoroughly the work is carried out. A detail many reviews return to is the punctuality of the team, who arrive when promised and complete jobs without unnecessary delay. Reviewers repeatedly mention the professionalism of the workers, describing them as friendly and easy to have around the home while the work proceeds. Tidiness after the job is another recurring theme, with customers commenting that roofs, gutters and surrounding areas are left clean and free of debris.

Pricing is described as reasonable and affordable, and the speed of response, from the first enquiry through to the completed repair, is praised in more than one account. The standard of the finished result, whether a full roof clean or a single broken tile replaced, is consistently described as high, and the politeness of the team is mentioned alongside the quality of their workmanship. Gutter cleaning and moss removal appear frequently among the jobs undertaken, and the care taken over smaller repairs, such as individual tiles, is valued by customers who describe the company as professional and the workers as friendly throughout.
