Always apprehensive when using a company for a big job but John and his team were excellent. Arrived on time everyday, friendly and kept us informed how they were doing. All the rubbish was removed and my property left tidy. Johns team have done an excellent job, worked above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

John did a great job on my roof ! He was reliable, turned up when he said he would, and completed the work to a good standard. Communication was straightforward throughout, and everything was left tidy once the job was finished.

Had some work done by Phoenix a few years ago and it’s still held up (as it should)! But we had a different set of leaks come up and they came out on a Sunday to look - turns out it was just moss build up but they kindly cleared it all for free. Really great to have a company that will go the extra mile to keep a customer :)

It’s always nerve-racking when you use a firm for the first time but I didn’t need to worry. John & the team did a great job replacing the felt & battens on my kitchen roof. The price was good, the lads were friendly, kept me informed throughout & even cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely be using them again & recommending to others.

We had water entering the kitchen. The guys visited, found the cause was from the flashing sealant from 20 years ago deteriorating. They resealed the flashing and pointed out that the mortar on the block wall was also very soft and needs repointing at some point. They took no payment for the fix and had it all done with the minimum of fuss.
