Morgan Roofing Coventry Ltd

Morgan Roofing Coventry Ltd is a roofing company founded in 1973 by David Morgan and remains family-run under second-generation ownership. The owner, Lyndon Small, has been on the tools for 22 years, while Georgina manages the office. The company operates a crew of four tradesmen and does not use subcontractors; the same crew handles jobs. It provides domestic, commercial, and industrial roofing services, specialising in new roof installations, complete re-roofs, roof repairs, flat roofs (GRP, EPDM, felt), lead work, chimney repairs and repointing, fascias, soffits, guttering, and emergency call-outs. The firm is accredited by Which?

Trusted Trader, Checkatrade, and SafeContractor. Every operative is PASMA and IPAF trained for safe roof access. It holds £5 million public liability and £10 million employers' liability insurance, and all workmanship is guaranteed in writing on completion. The service area includes Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Rugby, Solihull, and the wider West Midlands. It uses free drone roof inspections and detailed written quotations, and works to BS 5534 for pitched roofing and BS 8747 for felt flat roofs. It has re-roofed almost every property type built in the region since the 1900s.

Morgan Roofing Coventry Ltd features in feedback as a firm that customers return to for roofing, chimney and guttering work across Coventry. Punctuality stands out, with reviewers noting that teams arrive when they say they will and that jobs finish within the promised timeframe. Communication runs through the accounts: enquiries are answered quickly, updates are given before work starts, and questions are dealt with along the way.

Customers speak warmly of the standard of the finished job, citing replacement of a metal garage roof using new steel sheets and fixings, repairs to flashing above a bay window, and the use of a drone survey to establish the cause of a problem before any recommendation is made. Pricing is repeatedly called reasonable and competitive, with no hidden extras appearing on bills.

Lynden is named for the way he set out the damage found and the repairs required. The team is described as polite, friendly and efficient, and the scaffolders and skip suppliers engaged for the projects are said to have arrived promptly as well. Tidiness after completion comes up often, as does the readiness to take on additional requests. Honesty and openness are mentioned as reasons customers would call on the firm again for roofing work.
