Everyone worked so hard in the blistering heat and got our job finished in a matter of days. A big thank you to all the lads for your craftsmanship and dedication to the job. You really are a credit to your trade. We would highly recommend pro roof to anyone looking for roofing work.
They are a very professional outfit. Turn up at 8.00am and work until 4.30pm, I was impressed that they swept up every day and when I spoke with Marcus ( joint owner) all are employed full time, no contract staff. We were always contacted if they were not going to come as it was over the May Day bank holiday. My neighbours had our semi's re-roofed together and paid the council extra for a Building notice. Approved for the initial survey, waiting for the final, which is just a matter of time. Definitely recommend Pro Roof.
Pro roof are the only roofers I would trust again. I recently had a full re-roof completed by Pro Roof, including an upgraded PVC system for the flat bay window roof and the chimney removed below the roofline and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Marcus, was professional, knowledgeable, and very clear from the start. Throughout the project, he kept me updated daily on what work would be carried out and which gave me real confidence and peace of mind and the whole job was completed in just over a week. The team on site were excellent — always on time, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. They kept everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. And they also made sure to clean the windows at the end. I also really appreciated the company’s understanding, especially as I had to delay the start two times. Overall, the workmanship and professionalism were of a very high standard. I would definitely recommend Pro Roof and prefer them for any future works. I’m very happy with the service I received. And I can confidently say my roof is looking the best on my street 😊
Fantastic work by Pro Roof. They have just replaced an old flat roof for us. It is an awkward area to work on as between two other roofs. Reece, Des, Martin and Joe did a fantastic job replacing this, adding extra insulation and reinstalling the fascia and guttering. Roof looks lovely and we are all warm and dry. Very professional company explained the process and kept us fully informed throughout the work would reccommend them to anyone. Thankyou so much.
We couldn’t be happier with the service from Pro-Roof Coventry. Marcus has been excellent from start to finish; extremely knowledgeable, with great communication throughout and he genuinely put us at ease. That reassurance is so important when you’re making a big financial commitment like a full roof replacement. Marcus kept us updated at every stage and always stuck to the agreed dates. The scaffolding went up quickly and on the first day of the roof replacement there were around 10 workers who turned up like busy worker ants which was very impressive to see. The entire roof was off in no time at all and everything was well organised and efficient. Marcus oversaw the project brilliantly and clearly knows how to get the best out of his team. In the final few days Reece, Rob and Jamie completed the finer details including the lead flashing, which is an art in itself, and the workmanship was outstanding. We’re extremely happy with the finished result and would definitely recommend Pro-Roof Coventry. A big THANK YOU to Marcus, Reece, Rob, Jamie and the rest of the team. Marcus and his team did a wonderful job correcting my roof from a previous roofer. They reassured us that everything will be fine and it is. They also were very clean and tidy, my drive has never been swept so much.
