Mark did a small repair on our roof in Dec 2022. He was super quick to come out to quote and then quickly came out to undertake the work. He was helpful and professional at all times and we are very pleased with the job he did.
This is the 2nd time I have used Mark. I have always found him to be punctual, hard working and just gets on with things. His quotes are very competitive and the work is completed to a high standard. I would most certainly recommend calling Mark the roofer. Just keep him topped up with loads of cups of tea. Thanks again Mark.
I moved into a property back in March 2021 & I have suffered with a severe leak from my lean too roof since moving in due to poor workmanship prior to my purchase. I contacted many roofers to get a quote on a repair or replacement roof, many either didn’t show or the ones who did never got back to myself about the job. After several months of struggle I finally came across Mark. Within a couple of weeks Mark had viewed the job, emailed me a quote, spoke to me detailing what works were required & gave me a start date. Mark has now completed the works on my roof which I’m over the moon with. Throughout the whole job Mark was consistent with his communication keeping me up to date with what he’d found, any damage/issues he’d came across & what he was doing to rectify it. At no point was I in the dark with what works Mark was carrying out. Mark would arrive first thing & work through until daylight allowed. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone with roofing issues seeking repairs, replacement or general maintenance. A really nice, genuine chap who’s easy to talk too & puts you at ease with the works been carried out. Mark is a old school professional who values himself on doing nothing short of a correct job with no corners cut.
Mark was gr8 he done us a deal on a skylight he had and also a brilliant price on a flat roof. He done extra repairs at no extra cost. He was quick to do the job and worked around us. I had my bay window roof and chimney fixed by Mark in March 2020. I am very happy with the work done, very thorough. I really appreciated the human touch: Mark takes his time to thoroughly explain the what and the why of each part of his work and was always on time and professional. He was also very kind to come back to double check a couple of minor things following completion. Very pleasant person to talk to, I'd recommend Mark the Roof services.
Mark installed a new flat roof for my garage and a new polycarb roof for my lean to, as well as other gutter/downpipe replacement jobs. His work was well tested, as it poured with rain or snowed almost every day after he'd finished work! Picked up the phone, turned up when he said he would, gave a proper written quote, and kept me updated when lockdown delayed materials arriving. Would recommend.
