Mark's Gutter Cleaning

Mark came and did our gutters, even in the heat which I really appreciate. Very polite and did a really good job. Even offered to do our conservatory as well! Thank you!

I was at an elderly neighbour's house, whose family had arranged for Mark to turn up at 10am. He arrived early & just got on bringing his gear around the back to set up. The equipment is amazing, basically a telescopic vacuum cleaner with a camera at the top & a monitor for Mark to ensure he gets all the gunk etc out of the guttering. Once this was done, he then, using a brush attachment, started to clean off the algae etc on the outside of the white guttering. All his work was carried out very conscientiously & meticulously. He didn't rush at all, ensuring he'd done the job properly. We'll be using Mark in the near future & I would most definitely recommend his services to anyone else. 😊👍

REVIEW OF MARKS GUTTER CLEANING We picked Marks services based on all the positive online reviews that we had read. We were not disappointed. From start to finish the whole process from initial contact, through booking him, to him arriving and actually carrying out the work was faultless. We needed a gutter and fascia clean on our detached house. Having not been cleaned for 2 years, the white guttering etc was pretty much black and looked horrendous. It took Mark almost half a day to complete the job but the way he approached it, and his attention to detail were top notch. Fantastic - in every respect. Mark turned up when he said he would, quietly got on with the job and cleared up after himself. As the job was more complex than first anticipated (my fault!), he came back two days later to finish off. I just wish all tradespeople were like this.

Initially happy with the service, they arrived on time, were courteous and cleared out the back which was quite nasty. Good stuff. After they came though the rear gutter started leaking. Not a big one but as it's directly over the conservatory roof it's quite loud and really quite annoying. How do I know it wasn't there before? Because we just spent £900 and over a year of trying to find someone who could properly sort fixing a leak in the conservatory guttering, and when that was done it was completely silent after rain, no drips. Now we have another loud drip and I'm pretty annoyed. I rang up and explained, they didn't see at all concerned, I was told they don't do repairs even though they caused it and from what I could tell just put their phone in their pocket and carried on their day.

Mark arrived promptly for the appointment and did a superb job of cleaning out my guttering, even though there was some serious build-up to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Mark was very professional and efficient. He did exactly what we'd hoped for and it was great that he could show us photos of our nice clear gutters that we'd never otherwise have been able to see😊👍
