Disappointing experience and poor customer service. We have used this company before, when they cleared a gutter blockage for us. However, the job was incomplete, as the one and only gutter we could see had not actually been cleaned. We let this go at the time and gave them the benefit of the doubt. At the start of July, they contacted us saying they were in the area and asked if we wanted our gutters cleaned. We agreed, but it was clear when they arrived that there was nothing to clean. We had already paid £210 and were told we would receive a full refund. Three weeks and numerous emails and calls later, we still hadn't received it. We were then told they would keep £110 as a call-out fee, despite originally promising a full refund. Poor communication, poor service and poor complaint handling. We will not use this company again and would not recommend them.
Bens Gutters were excellent. Really helpful in the phone and getting a booking made. On the day Ryan arrived on time and did a great job. He was friendly and really professional and gutters were thoroughly cleaned. He went beyond what might reasonably be expected, investigating and helping me appreciate what appears to be a blocked drain underground that leads to a soak away. Thanks guys.

Excellent service from Ben's Gutters and Valeri. Easy to book. Kept well-informed. Great clearance of gutters and cleaning of fascias etc. Valeri was really clear, willing and helpful. Very grateful to him for his thorough work and advice, and informing me of loose tile on the roof and loose clips I was unaware of and need repair. Thanks Valeri. Happy to recommend.
