Martin did not fix a leak in one of the gutters and rain is draining down the wall and there's now damp in the house. He said he was busy but he would come out. He hasn't and it's been over a week. Beyond frustrated. Hard pass.

Quick to book, survey and provided the best quote by far. Paul, Leona and the lads arrived on time and started working straight away. There were a few unexpected problems with the chimney stack but they were very quick to adapt and sort it out on the same day.
