Honesty and reliability emerge as the qualities that clients return to most often when describing Build Craft Roofing & Building. Several customers recount being given a candid assessment rather than being pushed towards unnecessary work, with one noting that other contractors had proposed a full roof replacement before the team resolved the problem through a straightforward repair. Roof replacement, ridge tile repairs and emergency leak work feature among the jobs reviewed, and punctuality is repeatedly highlighted, including a case where an urgent leak was attended to and fixed immediately.

Reviewers mention fair and transparent pricing, with quotes honoured exactly as given and no hidden costs. The standard of craftsmanship is praised across larger projects and smaller repairs alike, and the tidiness of the team after finishing is a point that comes up often. Communication before, during and after the work is described as clear and easy. Named members of staff, particularly Jerry and James, are credited with keeping their word on timing, cost and completion. The willingness to inspect thoroughly, explain the required repairs and then carry them out without fuss appears throughout the feedback.
