Rami has been brilliant and very explanatory about the work that was needed and always giving us well detailed choices when more repair was required. We ended up doing more work as new issued were identified. Never he pushed us or inflated his pricing. He was actually 3* cheaper than a year quote we had and spent a lot of time with us (it was a shared wall with our neighbours) explaining the work and what was being done. He also replaced broken bricks for free on our main roof.
