How these companies stay in business is beyond me, I had an appointment for a call out, took a day off work and waited in all day, no one called out, tried, endlessly to phone their office, no answer, imagine if you had work done and there was a problem!!! no one answers the phone, my advise is, don't waste your time, go elsewhere

I have recently had my roof and guttering done by Liverpool Roofing Company Ltd, I would 100% recommend using this company. Very helpful always communicated with and job has been done amazing. Any issues that they came across, they sorted in a professional manner. Before they even started to replace the roof, They were willing to temporary repair the damage to prevent any more damage in the rain. Thank you so much you the work you have carried out. Liverpool roofing carried out repairs to the roof, however it soon became apparent they had made a right mess of the job. At first they acknowledged their mistakes and sent other roofers out... it was different roofers each time and the repairs were left unfinished. Two years on the leaks are worse than ever... they won't take our calls, they've even said they have changed the Company name. Take my advice dont waste your money on this company... shoddy work, don't reply to messages or calls !!! Finally taking it to Court !!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. HAVE BEEN CHASING MY ROOF REPAIR FOR WEEKS AND KEEP BEING TOLD I WILL BE PHONED BACK BUT NEVER EVER GET A RESPONSE. GO ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MESSED AROUND! Also, not a fake review and i have evidence to prove it! I leave bad reviews when i get a really really bad service!
