Chimney Sweep Service from K&I Patterson was great, turned up on time and did a very professional job. Friendly and left everything very clean! THANK YOU!

Just had a new log burner stove installed by Two of Ian's team Charlie and Dylan who did a wonderful job could not fault their service they tidied everything away with them and hovered up so there was no mess would recommend this company to anyone looking for log burner

Excellent service from booking onwards to sweep our wood burner flue. Very tidy, efficient and friendly workers. Clean job, no mess and work carried out in no time. Thoroughly recommend.

Pattersons replaced the hearth that had been poorly installed by another different stove installation company. Pattersons did a really good job; they assessed why the previous hearth installation had gone wrong (the hearth was in two parts and had bowed upwards in the middle due to the weight of the fireplace mantelpiece pressing down on the edges of the hearth). Then they came up with, and executed, a much better design and installation. Very pleased with their work!

We had the hearth opened, the flue inspected, a new surround installed and our existing wood burning stove put back. The work was done very professionally by a friendly team. The stove looks a lot better in its new larger surround than it did in the previous fireplace. Would recommend them to anyone installing a stove or refurbishing a fireplace.

Excellent customer service over the phone. Following a routine sweep, work had to be done to our wood burner. This was perfectly executed by a very professional young and friendly team. The work was very efficient and diligent. They left the room spotless. Very highly recomended. Thankyou.

If you need a woodburning stove installing then these are the people to go to. Mr and Mrs Paterson really know their 'stoves' and just about everything concerned with them. From our initial telephone contact right through to the installation of our chosen stove nothing has been too much trouble for them and their trusted fitters. We were guided through the various options available and decided on a freestanding Stovax Futura stove with a black slate hearth. We also wanted a chimney breast building as a feature in the room around the stove and such is the attention to detail it really looks as if it has always been there. The work involved forming the new chimney breast and an opening to accommodate the stove. Erecting a new double-skinned, insulated chimney system as well as boxing-in the chimney system within the bedroom and attic. I had reservations about how disruptive and messy the work would be, but 'you can't bake a cake without cracking eggs' and all of the work was completed with the minimum of fuss - nothing was too much trouble for Charlie and Logan our fitters. They proved to be excellent ambassadors for Paterson's and their workmanship and all round attitude was a real pleasure. From start to finish our stove experience has been without hitch, and reference must be made to the fastidious tidy and clean up at the end of the job. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone and the jewel in our crown of course is the stove which is now blazing away as I type this review on the hottest day of the year so far! It looks great. Good work Paterson's and sincere thanks.
