High Hat Sweep

High Hat Sweep is described by customers as offering chimney sweeping, inspections and work on open fires, stoves and Aga ranges, with Charlie and his assistant Ozzy named repeatedly for the care taken in each property. Reliability runs through the accounts, with visits carried out as promised and furnishings shielded so that rooms are left free of soot, odour or any trace of the work. Several customers who have returned over successive years value the practical guidance given on keeping stoves and flues running efficiently, and they describe the manner of the sweep as knowledgeable, approachable and tidy.

One thing mentioned again and again is the fairness of the pricing, including one occasion when unanticipated extra work was completed without an additional charge. The speed of response, even in poor weather, and the clean outcome of each visit are mentioned regularly. Charlie's straightforward and honest approach is repeatedly identified as the reason households in Aberdeen keep coming back to him year after year, and the same trusted service is what reviewers highlight when they describe recommending him to friends and family.
