Jim Chim-in-ey - Dorset Chimney Sweeping Specialist

I rarely give a 5/5 as i always think someone can improve, but Jack i dont think can. He came round early and he was great. He was clean tidy, very knowledgeable had great advised too.

Jim visited our home to sweep 4 chimneys as I thought it may help with damp issues. (We are first time buyers and not the most knowledgeable on home maintenance). Jim was very honest in telling us we did not need them swept as had been done by previous owners and did not charge a call out fee. Very honest guy and if we did need would have been happy to pay for service!! If any friends and family need in future will be sure to reccomend!

We just moved into our first house in Poole. Our nephew recommended Jim who turned out to be very professional, reliable, polite and reasonably priced. He did an excellent job .We highly recommend him. Kate and Ali Keegan.

Jim was excellent, professional, friendly, explained everything and absolutely determined to get the poor pigeon that got stuck in our chimney out as safely as possible. Impeccable service and I thoroughly recommend him.

This was our first time using Jim. He was on time and professional from the start. He was extremely polite, friendly and talked us through everything he was doing. The entire process of inspecting and cleaning our burner and chimney took about an hour and the price was very reasonable. Look no further for your chimney sweep - use Jim!

Excellent chap! Very clean, thorough and professional service, but also extremely nice and friendly. We have never owned a fire before, and he answered all our questions and gave us a lot of advice. I am also finding the articles on his website very useful. Thank you for all your help :)

First time I've used Jim, and I'd be happy to recommend him as a professional and courteous tradesman. He was able to fit us in with short notice, turned up on time and completed the work well within his estimate. He was kind enough to talk me through a few points and make some safety suggestions too. For the price and service, you can't go far wrong.
