Dorset Master Sweep (Dorset Chimney Sweep)

Absolutely amazing service. Jenna went over and above to assist us. Fantastic clean. On time. Professional. What a pleasure.

Jenna swept the flue on our wood burning stove this week and I was really pleased with her service. She arrived on time and was really clean and efficient. She gave us some helpful feedback about the way we use our stove and was friendly and easy to deal with.

Jenna came to sweep the chimney and service my woodburner last week. She was punctual, knowledgeable and made no mess. Her advice was so very helpful and my burner is using less wood and burning better. Super happy with both the service and value for money.

Great service, great communication. Gave good advice, turned up when they said and completed the job without any fuss or dirt. I think this was the first sweep of the gas fire chimney for many many years.

Jenna provided a really excellent service. She was super efficient, friendly and offered some helpful chimney stove advice. A big recommendation from me.

What a great service is given from Jenna and Martin, Jenna has swept our wood burner and chimney for years now and has always gone above and beyond with her timing, cleanliness and advice, and Martin has helped over the phone to find a problem we have and how to fix it. Highly recommend these for your service. Superstars. XXXXX

Martin and Jenna have looked after our log burner and chimney for the past 5 years. They are a pleasure to have in our home, absolutely professional in their work, and their commitment to the task is outstanding. We are also very appreciative of Martin who advised, and solved a log burner problem we had yesterday at very short notice. He is truly a "Master Sweep" you can trust.
