HomeFix (Home Counties) Ltd

I would like to thank Ian and Lewis for the excellent service in removing and replacing my facias, soffits and guttering, I would highly recommend there work to anyone having this done, and the main thing is they are very professiona👏👏👏

From start to finish the whole process went so smoothly. Everybody arrived on time and did an excellant job, the sales team, the scaffolders and the fitting team. Everybody was respectful and polite. Any questions or queries I had were answered and resolved quickly by the team in the office, so thank you Barry, Nick, Nikki and Sharon. Ian and Lewis, the fitters were great guys and did a great job, I highly recommend them, they came when they said they would and finished on time,. They updated me on any little issues that came up, particularly relating to the downpipe in the front which was my neighbours which I didn't need. Nick who came out that day too and explained the situation very clearly. I received a receipt from Reece regarding the payment for the scaffolding when requested. I am just waiting for the scaffolding to be removed but have been informed that it will be taken down on Tuesday, so no problem. Thank you all so much, for not only a great job, but a very positive experience, which in today's world seems to be quite hard to find. It restores your faith that there are companies and people out there that still deliver an excellant job and fantastic customer service. Thank you all. Kind regards Sue Hutchings
