Milton Keynes Gutter Guy

After paying another Gutter business to fix a joint unsuccessful, Andy turned up and replaced successfully . Thank you.

I reached out to Andy super short notice to fix some bits my current house buyer had raised and he managed to fit me in and get the work done. He was flexible and responsive whilst trying to find the time. A huge shout out to Jack too who came by and did the work. Professional and friendly, would definitely recommend

I recently had work done by MK Gutter Guy and honestly couldn’t recommend him enough. From the start, he was incredibly friendly and approachable, which immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain everything clearly—what needed doing, why it was needed, and what my options were—so I felt fully comfortable and informed before going ahead with any work. His communication was excellent throughout, keeping me updated and making the whole process stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job and making sure his customers feel confident in the work being carried out. On top of that, he was really generous with his time and advice, never making me feel rushed or pressured. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, honest, and easy to deal with. I’d definitely use him again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for gutter work done properly and professionally.

I found this company online to repair my gutters and was really happy with the service. They were quick to respond, turned up on time, and did a great job. Everything looks neat and works perfectly now. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a problem with some poorly located downpipes, which in turn led to water accumulating on the roof of my garage. Andy arranged for one of the pipes to be diverted, thus reducing the flow of water, and for the outlet from the roof to be unblocked. Thanks to Jack for doing this without flooding the garage!

Failed to fix the issue with my guttering and made it worse. Every time he said he would reattend there was some excuse. Ive asked for my money back on multiple occasions and refusing even though the issue is still there. He has now resorted to being rude and unprofessional. I understand you now want to revisit but after all the excuses I would not trust you on to do any further works on my roof, the trust is broken. Just want my money back so I can get someone else to fix it correctly. I'm shocked at the rudeness and aggression shown in his text messages. Even the reply to this review is frankly strange.

Andy was fantastic. Even when things happened outside of his control, his communication was outstanding. I was very happy with the jobs done and would happily use this company again.
