Excellent service from Hann Roofing!!! From quote stage to completion always communicated throughout the process. All works completed to a very high standard. Great attention to detail and observed areas which were also in need of repair and completed those jobs effectively and overall a very good price!! All works were cleared up and rubbish disposed of tidily and environmentally friendly. Would absolutely recommend.
I was so impressed by Matt and his team. The price to replace a few roof tiles was reasonable and it was all sorted very quickly and efficiently. The guys who came round to complete the work were friendly and polite. Would definitely recommmend.
If you have a roofing issue then I strongly recommend asking Hann Roofing to come and take a look. We have a rental property which has a flat and pitch section roof, with brick parapets at each end plus an adjoined house wall. So - plenty of potential leakage points. We have had numerous issues with water ingress as the roof has aged. Matt met me at the house and recommended a new flat section, with various improvements such as capping the parapet walls. The chimneys were also to be repainted. He warned that some of the decking may need replacement once stripped back. We agreed the scope and timeframe - which was short - between student tenancies. I went to inspect the roof today - it's a spectacularly tidy job. The roof is like a fortress now - I simply cannot see how any of our previous issues will recur. Everything has been completed as agreed, to a very high standard, there is zero mess, the price is as agreed and reasonable, it was on time, Matt is very straightforward to deal with. I cannot see how his service could be improved - very highly recommended.
Would not hesitate to recommend Hann Roofing. Really easy to deal with after having had unsatisfactory interactions with several other options beforehand. Quotes and invoices arrived promptly. From the scheduled date, work was started and finished in record time, which took me by surprise to be honest! In a good way though. Much respect to a well organised team.
Excellent team, replaced my roof felt, tiles, guttering etc and removed my chimney stack - roof looks awesome! (well, as far as roofs go, anyway 😁). At quote stage, Matt was great, talked me through the options, pros and cons etc. During the work they tidied the debris every day, worked conscientiously (no loud music etc), and taking away the old material in their van was handy as it avoided the need for a skip on my drive. Time spent on the details to make sure it looks the best was much appreciated. Highly recommended!
We have just had our roof replaced by Hann Roofing Ltd and have no hesitation in recommending them. It’s always a potential minefield choosing contractors but this team know what they are doing. Matt gave an honest opinion of what was required and followed quickly with a very fairly priced quote. The team were a joy to have around, they were polite, tidy and efficient. Steve really helped with the tile choice as I was still unsure and his comments were spot on. Despite the crazy heatwave they kept to schedule and we had a daily briefing with photos of what had been done.They also immediately tackled a rotten bay that we were not expecting. Delighted with the result and the building control inspector said it was a good job, praise indeed. Thanks for making it all so stress free.
