I called in the morning and my roof tile was fixed by lunch time 👏 very quick and professional

Phoned Guard X as gutter was leaking badly. John offered me the two options - repair or replace, and a costing over the phone for each. Workmen arrived in the afternoon. They showed me the defaults with the gutter the previous roofers did- no screws, no fixing; incorrect gutter size. John arrived shortly and explained how it should look and fit. The guys fitted the new gutter, showed me all the seal spots and took away the broken incorrect gutter. John clearly has a passion for what he does, and his team were the best team for this job. Gave them a call for a maintenance check after purchasing a house. While they were out they did some repairs to my extension roof, and gave me advice on the main roof where the ridges need redoing, they didn't try to oversell and gave me advice on both short term and long term fixes. Would 100% recommend, really professional and helpful, thanks again.

Had a leak over the weekend and contacted Guardx Roofing. John came around and completed a temporary repair to stop the leak. They came back on Monday and completed all the work. John and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. We got a brand new replacement conservatory roof, John and his team went above and beyond. They were in our house doing the work 2.5 weeks after we got a quote. The workmen are all polite, well mannered and professional trades men. Nothing was too much to ask. The job was done quickly but thoroughly. John and some of his team even nipped back out when there was a snag with lights. No hesitation. Great team. We recently had work done by John and his firm. From the first meeting he was clear, professional and friendly, giving us good details and drone photos of the work needed. Once booked there was no delay in the job being started, in fact he was able to move our slot up, and the pointing, ridges, valleys and tilework were done quickly and efficiently by a clearly competent and experienced team.
