I'm so sorry! I posted a review that should have been directed to, LP Roofing. and somehow it ended up in, "Gerrards Roofing Services Ltd" site. My Complaint has nothing to do with, Gerrards Roofing Services Ltd.

❗️lost £2000 from this company, letters ignored. Will not negotiate any sort of a refund❗️After initial work completed we noticed more excessive leaking only 1 month after (was not months at all). We had problems with the flashing of our chimney, it was letting in water so we got gerrards out to fix it. It was still letting in water but at a faster rate meaning they actually made the problem worse. They confirmed themselves that they had not done the job correctly and attempted to rectify it, their attempt still did nothing. All they ever did was a nice exterior job to make the chimney look better but if you want your job fixed by real roofers I’d get someone else like I did. Please don’t waste your time or money with this fake company. ❗️You didn’t respond very well to our emails and then I sent out a formal letter requesting ADR so yes there was every point responding as we wanted ADR to try to settle this dispute which your company clearly didn’t want to help with.❗️

Can’t recommend Mike & the team at Garrards Roofing enough, from start to finish they were very professional. We will definitely be using them again on other projects.

After discovering a significant leak coming through the bedroom ceiling and having had bad experiences with some tradesmen in the past , I searched for a emergency roofer repair company with some trepidation! I need not have worried ! after reading the excellent reviews left for Gerrards Roofing Services , I contacted the company and Michael and his colleague were able to give me a very prompt appointment within 4hrs even though they were busy ... for which i was very grateful. They were really nice guys , friendly , efficient and very professional , the missing tile was replaced and Michael showed me the before and after photographs and quoted a very reasonable price for the work done . I can absolutely recommend this company 100% and would most certainly use their services in the future if required . Honest , reliable and excellent workmanship guaranteed Thanks .

Great experience from start to finish and very professional. Team that did our replacement gutter were very friendly did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

I had a roofing emergency and Gerard’s Roofing came out straight away to check things over. They explained everything clearly and gave me a really reasonable quote. They were then working on the roof pretty much straight away! Natalie was really helpful answering all my questions, and Michael and his team did a brilliant job — they left everything clean and tidy too. Honestly can’t recommend them enough.
