Sincere thanks to Paul for creating a wonderful company that goes out of its way to satisfy the needs of customers and their rooves. My roof was full of moss, gutters were blocked and leaking, and I was getting worried about how much it would cost to get it all sorted. I made several inquiries, and was taken aback at the prospect of having to spend so much money to get it all taken care of. However, Extreme Property Solutions came to the absolute rescue at a price I could afford; and I didn't have to wait long either. The guys arrived on time, were ultra polite and explained everything. I felt safe and secure, despite the mild calamity above our heads. They spent almost the entire day here meticulously scraping, lifting, blasting away every bit of stuff that had grown on the roof and gutters etc. They tidied up very well, which I was very pleased by especially because our roof had hosted a huge lot of moss and general mess. There was simply no mess whatsoever to have to deal with. Some kinds of home maintenence expenses leave you feeling doubled over from the stress and expense, but actually there's something rather special about how this has made me feel. I no longer have the niggling worry that my roof tiles could crack in the frost, or that sense of dread brought on by the prospect of heavy rain flooding over my over-stuffed mossy gutters. Money well spent. I'm spreading the word, and may this business prosper beyond measure!
Following other reviews, and the offer available, I contacted the company regarding cleaning my roof( following recommendation from our property survey ). They came back with a very reasonable price which we accepted.I then asked them to clean the outside of the house too- which they were able to accommodate on the same day. The two guys arrived in the morning, and they worked so hard to get it all done. They did a brilliant job and were such lovely guys. I would not hesitate in recommending them

We have just had soft wash on our house. Amazing job. The guys were so helpful and considerate to protecting my plants and they explained the process clearly, both very polite and respectful, wish more companies were like this.
Zak and Tom did a great job. The house was much in need of a good cleaning. Using soft scrub and chemicals in order to not damage the plaster, they got everything looks brand new! I highly recommend them. By the way they were 30 percent less than my other two estimates 😎
