Plymouth customers regularly praise Clean Gutter Plymouth for the thoroughness of its gutter clearing work, with front and back gutters described as left spotless after each visit. Much of the feedback centres on Rhys, who is repeatedly named for his polite, friendly and professional manner, and several reviewers note his willingness to explain what he is doing and to resolve problems as they arise. A point made in several accounts is the efficiency of the service, with appointments kept promptly and the work completed without fuss.

Reviewers also mention that additional issues, such as sections of guttering requiring repair or connections to neighbouring properties, are dealt with during the same visit, and that all debris is removed so that gardens and paths are left tidy. The standard of cleaning itself is described as consistently high, with customers commenting on how much better the gutters look afterwards. Communication is another recurring theme, with people noting that queries are answered clearly and that the person carrying out the work is easy to deal with. The friendly approach and the care taken over the finish are what prompt repeat bookings and recommendations to neighbours.
